A special video this week showcasing Duncan’s Band of Brothers Bolt Action Board, which was on display and fully playable at the UK Games Expo, NEC Birmingham, UK. The Ministry of Miniatures had the pleasure of helping Duncan and the team run the Bolt Action games over the four days of the Expo, both showcasing the amazing boards and game, but more importantly, raising vital money for The National Kidney Federation. In total we managed to raise over £1000 by running raffles, having charity boxes and allowing online donations direct to the charity. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE DONATIONS, SUPPORT AND POSITIVITY WE EXPERIENCED. Warlord Games were amazing and donated lots of goodies for the charity and supplied paints and figures (and staff) for the painting stations! There was a constant stream of people trying the game, painting figures and I hope we were able to be great ambassadors for the game and the charity… well done Duncan for making this possible. OnTopTable also supplied some dragon illustrations that were created live on their web stream, which allowed us to silent auction to further support the cause. And thank you to all the companies that supported Duncan and Logan to achieve what they did at the weekend.
