BBB Webinar: The Brain and Pediatric Obesity - Current State of the Research
When it comes to regulating body weight, you might be surprised to learn that the brain is in charge. By discussing research related to how the brain regulates body weight, this webinar will provide perspective as to why some are susceptible to obesity in an environment where food is abundant and physical activity is no longer a necessity of daily life. In this webinar we will discuss topics such as how the brain regulates body weight, and also how obesity impacts the brain, all in the context of pediatric obesity.
