Day 52: Blanco - Down/Stay Practice

120225 Day 52: Blanco - Down/Stay Practice Blanco has figured out the "down"💡🎉💡🔥!!!  These are the moments that I live for!!!  Now that he understands the "down" we are 2/3's the way to the down/stay.    I first taught him the sit. That put his rear where I wanted it and finally he figured out the connection between my hand sign and my verbal sign. It is sooo fun when my little student figures it out! "💡 But that stay,  oh that is a tough one for Blanco!  He just gets sooo darn excited!   Im not worried though, I'll take a happy dog over a quick dog any day!  The stay is just another building block for us to master, then we can put the whole thing together. As for right now, we have the "down", and that is a major part of this.
