Khiva to Urgench Trolleybus: An interesting (and cheap) way to get from Khiva to Urgench is via the trolleybus. At 400 sum, it's a bargain and it allows you to see the countryside at a snail's pace. It leaves in front of the northern gate of the Ichon-Kala. Trolleybusses leave Khiva every 30 minutes during daytime and the journey takes about 60 minutes. They will drop you near the Urgench Bazaar
