Golden Age of Pirates: 1718 is a sandbox adventure game, which is part strategy, part war-game, part RPG with a strong narrative experience. Players can explore the Caribbean, plundering vessels and raiding settlements, or even kidnapping or transporting passengers, in order to ultimately earn a pardon from one of the colonial powers in the region.
