This video will focus on replacing the heart seal, or center joint. It's the control unit between the top assembly, which sends oil to the components below. In a Black Holex, there's a front plow that overlaps the drive shaft on both sides. What are the symptoms of a heart seal leak? It may be weak even though the pump is powerful. However, this requires inspection. Check using a pressure gauge to determine the exact problem. Sometimes, if the pump isn't running smoothly, it could be a problem with the drive shaft itself. Many people simply analyze the heart valve's weak rhythm and the valve isn't rupturing, which is a heart leak. Without testing equipment, it's like guessing. If it's correct, it's okay. If it's not, it's like, "Oh, I changed the heart valve and it's still not working. Hey, let's go back and check the drive shaft and see if something's wrong with the pump." Whether the valve is good or not, it might be like that. But for us, we'll measure first, that is, we'll poke the point first to see if it's really broken there, and then we'll replace it. We'll do this by extracting each point. The method for removing the valve is as shown in the clip. There might be some markings or anything like that. This is just basic knowledge.
