FRV. Go Ahead Route 147. Ilford to Canning Town. E400 E173 (SN61 BGE) Ramadan Special Advent Day 1

Welcome to my Ramadan Special Advent where I will be posting daily until the end of Ramadan. I have started off by redoing an FRV on route 147. The reason I’ve redone this is because my other one was absolute crap XD I don’t recommend u watching it lol Route 147 is operated by Go Ahead from River Road (RR) Allocation: Existing E400s and 3 tridents (E65, E64, E99) I managed to get E173, a trident bodied E40D. Route 147 travels through: Ilford, East Ham, Upton Park/ Boleyn, Newham University Hosp/ New Vic College, Prince Regent, Victoria Dock Road, Custom house Stn, Canning Town Bus Station Journey Time: 52 mins Start Time: 13:26 End Time: 14:18 Route 147 commenced operation on 3rd October 1934 between Ilford and Leytonstone Green Man as Monday to Saturday service being operated from Leyton (T) using AEC Renowns. On 30 June 1954 it was extended south to North Woolwich. On 1st July 1964 it was cut back to Royal Albert Dock (Cyprus) and new allocation was Routemasters. On 3rd July 1971 it was converted to Single Decker. They were replaced by Daimler Fleetlines, but to unreliability it was converted to using Leyland Titans a type that remained there for 19 years. On 21st June 1986 the route was withdrawn between Ilford and Redbridge. On 1st May 1999 the route was retained by Stagecoach and extended to Canning Town. On 28 August 2000 the route was converted to using ALX400 Tridents. On 7th May 2016 the route passed to Go Ahead (blue triangle) using E400s from River Road (RR) PVR: 21 Garage: River Road (RR) Plz subscribe and like #fortheloveofbuses #londonbuses #2022
