OGs will know that my appetite and attempted to OMAD food challenge only eating one meal a day with some of the highest volume foods possible Video -    • ONLY EATING ONE MEAL A DAY  | *16LBS OF CL...   It was by far one of my most highly requested 24 hour food challenge videos and had me eat one meal a day of 16lbs of food which you seemed to enjoy so why not step it up a notch and instead of only eating one meal a day, go through the whole week only eating one meal a day in what was an Epic 7 day week long OMAD food challenge Furthermore, apart from an epic OMAD food challenge, my new high volume recipe book is live so don’t forget to go and check that put too alongside this epic 7 day OMAD food challenge Anyway, For those unaware of what the one meal a day diet is, one meal a day or OMAD is a form of intermittent fasting albeit a more aggressive form in that instead of adopting the usual intermittent fasting schedule of 16:8 as outlined by lean gains, you are only eating ONE meal a day in a ONE hour period i.e. a 23:1 fast to “feast” ratio. Therefore, what I want you to understand is that, the one meal a day diet or OMAD, is NOT a diet but more so an eating schedule just like intermittent fasting so it can be done when following the keto diet, high carb diet, paleo diet etc etc. So many people are under the impression that the one meal a day diet or OMAD is a special fat loss diet whereas that is not the case, there are no “set foods” that you are allowed to eat, just that you have to eat whatever foods you chose within a 1 hour period in one meal a day Next, the one meal a day diet or OMAD has gained a lot of popularity as of late for being a secret fat loss diet however once we analyse it further, the one meal a day diet or OMAD is nothing “special”. Sure, as a result of fasting for 23 hours you will reap the benefits associated with intermittent fasting which I outline in my intermittent fasting Video -    • MY 5000 CALORIE *INTERMITTENT FASTING* DIE...   however, when it comes to weight loss, only eating one meal a day weigh loss results are driven not from the fact that people are only eating one meal a day but that they simply eat in a calorie deficit as, for most people, after a certain point, one gigantic meal a day as in the one meal a day diet or OMAD will cause them to stop, often resulting them in eating far less than they would usually.
