I'm the International Artistic Director for Rush. I'm one of the co-founding members of the Rush artistic team and one of the most important things we believe at Rush is the development within the skill of hairdressing. Obviously we invest a lot of time and we work with our stylists to develop the skill to the highest levels, to the Rush standards. The stylist's journey, I think, is very unique here at Rush, and from really, their beginning as students, as soon as they start, they have an incredible journey of education and growth within the company. I started with Rush seven years ago and I started with the intention of opening a Rush salon and I did that alongside Rush with guys in their support. And they made the journey in doing it just so simple and so easy I couldn't have done it without them. We've had some real success stories within the salon, we've got assistants that are now stylists and top stylists within the salon. We've got stylists that have been with me for four and a half years and now educate alongside the education team. We've got stylists who've had the opportunity to work on photo shoots with the art team, fashion shows at London Fashion Week, with really big designer names like Yo GM Moto, Belle Sauvage, other people like that.
