Walking distance from Ximen MRT Station, Carrefour Guilin is a place you can visit if you are around Ximending area. It opens 24 hours and no excuse why you can miss out this place. There are eateries as well , and McDonald too. If you are buying more than NTD2000 (excluding raw food such as fruits and rice), you can ask for VAT Tax Refund documentation at 6th floor. Show the receipt and they will process for you the document where you can use to claim VAT at the airport. (VAT : Value Added Tax / GST).
