Being born and raised in the Seattle area, I will admit that I am an espresso junky. The price of an espresso is a bit much these days, and I take pleasure in being my own barista. Yes, I like sugar. Yes, I know it's bad for me. Tweak your coffee, espresso, or cappuccino to your liking.
