Dji phantom yellow flashing lights after updated firmware

Basically.... If you have a dji phantom, the updated version of the original model and follow the instructions in the manual to update the firmware before use you may get the problem i had...lots of yellow flashing from the main light on the phantom. the update changes the receiver setting to ppm from d bus, so you need to change it back to d bus in the basic settings...it does not advise you of this in the manual so if you are new to this like me it can seem like things are not working and the solution is elusive......very frustrating! interestingly if you then change the setting back to ppm or try to after correcting the initial fault, the naza assistant software tells you that there is an error and you need to change the setting back....it does NOT do this after the update....but leaves you trying to figure out the issue yourself or via an internet search/forum like i did... hopefully things will be smooth sailing from here! happy rc'ing :)
