In the Catholic tradition, the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ represents the highest form of love that humans have ever experienced. Today, I'd like to share with you a 2025 remastered version of my previously recorded, 'Healed by the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ'. You can use this meditation to help heal any physical, mental or emotional condition you might be currently experiencing. The three phrases I use during this process were revealed to me as I invited the Divine Love of Christ into my heart. They provided much healing and comfort as I was grieving the loss of my sister earlier this year. As a result of establishing a direct connection between your heart and the Sacred Heart of Christ, you will experience greater physical, mental and emotional health. You will also feel more connected to others, and experience healing in many of your relationships.
