Di Fara Pizza is WORTH THE HYPE! Trying Brooklyn's Iconic Pizza Spot

There may be no more famous slice of pizza in New York City than Di Fara Pizza. Di Fara Pizza has been around since 1965, so coming up on 60 years now, and it's been serving arguably Brooklyn's best pizza since! It's not just word of mouth from locals, or tourists who are saying this. Some real big shots in the food industry have called it the best pizza in NYC if not the best pizza in the world! The connection between Anthony Bourdain and Di Fara Pizza and David Portnoy and Di Fara Pizza are well known. The One Bite Di Fara Pizza episode is particularly well-known. The One Bite Di Fara Pizza score of 9.4 is the second highest David Portnoy score he's ever given out! Beyond the David Portnoy Di Fara score though, I have just heard many people say Di Fara is the best pizza in America so I just know I have to try it. For me, individual people are subject to their own tastes and biases, but when so many locals and tourists alike recommend this place, you know I have to try it!
