Elektron Octatrack & Tonverk DAWLESS Jam: June Demos - Track 2

I've recently picked up an Octatrack and I'm still in the process of learning how to operate it. I know it's an uphill battle, but I'm ready. I was able to pump out a few tracks on an afternoon this June, 2026, that are mostly based around these two pieces of equipment. The Elektron Tonverk is my go-to device for most music production. I was initially underwhelmed by the announcement of it, but after some waffling I eventually made the purchase and couldn't be happier. I actually find it one of the easier and more intuitive Elektron boxes, and I can see it easily being a standalone instrument for a live setup. I'm recording everything into the Zoom L6, my favorite way to record, and then doing post production editing in Logic Pro to compress and master the the levels. As an additional control, I've also started using the Novation Launchkey Mini M4. I like the editor on the computer, and find making changes quite intuitive. I feel like it's really expanded the live performance capabilities of the Tonverk. There's no getting around it though, the key bed leaves a lot to be desired. It's not great. Why are the pads aftertouch sensitive and not the keys? I'm glad they are, but I need the keys to have aftertouch. Feels like a real miss. Otherwise, this might be my current live setup, and I couldn't be happier. Constructive criticism is welcome! Also check out my other videos if you got time! Thanks!
