(Rep) Cinema na Piscina e Subsolo de Surpresas em uma Casa de 600m²

A 600 m² house that impresses as soon as you open the doors. The double-height ceiling, along with the giant, completely transparent door, creates an immediate impact and reveals the main concept of this residence: total integration. The kitchen, dining room with a generous display cabinet, and a spectacular living room connect harmoniously, while the outdoor area appears as a living picture around the entire scene, bringing biophilia as an essential part of the aesthetic. The high ceilings allowed for the creation of special settings, such as the open shelving unit that functions as a partition and forms an elegant entrance hall. Designed for a couple who bought the newly built and never-before-lived-in house, every corner here was designed to surprise. In the living room, the fireplace follows the entire verticality of the wall, functioning as an imposing panel. Next to it, the intimate TV room offers total comfort and direct connection to the social area and the pool. The automated Amorim Blackout blinds allow you to completely darken the space using only your cell phone. The bar cart with onyx stone from FullHouse is a charm in itself, and the sofa, besides being comfortable, has USB ports for charging your cell phone – small details that make a difference in daily use. The powder room has a warm tone and a light fixture that looks more like an illuminated work of art, making its presence felt in the space. In the kitchen, the glass cabinet serves as a support, and UD HOUSE offers multiple functionalities, such as the wine dispenser and built-in ovens. Technology dominates the space with the stove sculpted directly into the countertop stone, keeping everything clean, modern, and without visual interference, while the range hood built into the ceiling complements the design. Even the refrigerator is integrated into the panels to maintain a continuous aesthetic. Next to it are the dishwashing area and the auxiliary kitchen, and the laundry room appears charming, impeccable, and very functional. Moving to the outdoor area, the pool has a beautiful shape, with a hot tub and ambient temperature. The outdoor living room was created especially for enjoying outdoor cinema, with a screen resistant to sun and rain. The gourmet kitchen offers a barbecue grill, pizza oven, and refrigerator, maintaining practical everyday use. The Amorim pergola, with its retractable roof, adds charm and connection to the surrounding decorated garden. In the basement lies one of the house's biggest surprises: a playroom made exclusively for the daughter, with forest swings, a decorative tree, a ball pit, a slide, and an art studio – a completely playful universe. Next to it, a welcoming chapel creates an intimate space for contemplation, a refuge of faith for the family. Returning to the house, we ascend to the private area. The first suite functions as a small playroom before bedtime, with a bathroom that follows the same playful palette as the bedroom, full of elements that create a fun atmosphere. In the same hallway, the office offers a wooded view that inspires and brings tranquility. The daughter's room follows organic lines and neutral colors, prioritizing comfort and softness. The suite plays with lighting and colors that evoke drawing and childhood imagination, transforming the environment into a space of creativity. At the end of the hallway, we arrive at the couple's master suite, where a large, modern bed offers massage features and personalized reclining. The adjoining balcony allows you to enjoy the view of the outdoor area from two comfortable armchairs. The walk-in closet, illuminated and with a central island, continues the sophisticated design. His bathroom follows a sober line, with wood, black, and natural lighting, while hers opens up like a true bathing room, with space for sitting, a wine and sparkling wine cellar, a bathtub, landscaping, and special lighting that transforms the environment into a daily refuge. A house that embraces living with lightness and personality, where every detail has been thought out to create experiences, not just environments. A space that inspires, moves, and shows how architecture and sensitivity can walk together to transform the way we inhabit the world.
