Parts may have full animation, limited animation, rigging, or tweening, but lip syncing parts must be lip synced. Plan to show a WIP (work in progress) 1 month after receiving your part, you're more than welcome to change it as you go and/or request an extension. This is mainly just to have something done so you have more time to finish it, or if you have to drop, so backups have enough time to finish it.
