簡単鶏大根
⭐️⭐️⭐️ 料理が苦手なマスター、まかない志郎です。 本日はこちら！ みりん、醤油、酒だけで作る！ 「簡単鶏大根」。 ■材料はこれだけ(2人前) 鶏もも肉 500g 大根 1/3個 水 500cc A みりん 大さじ2 醤油 大さじ2 料理酒 大さじ2 ■具材は食べやすい大きさにカットしmす ■鍋に大根を入れ、水はかぶるくらい入れ、10分煮ます ■ザルでお湯だけ流して鍋に煮た大根と鶏肉を入れます ■250ccの水とAを入れ10分煮ます ■盛り付けて完成です ■まかない志郎 X (ツイッター) https://x.com/makanaishirou22 #まかない志郎 #簡単ごはん #簡単おかず
