Train your puppy to learn its name | Sweetie Pie Pets by Kelly Swift

One early and basic training activities you can do with your Chihuahua puppy is training them to learn their name. But the first step to early basic training is first to teach them to follow your hand. And using a little chicken helps! Follow the hand, get a reward. Follow the hand and go in a circle. Your Puppy will pick up on that quickly. After that, start saying their name. 1) Say their name 2) Wait for them to respond 3) Give them a treat And always use a soft, high-pitched tone to verbally praise them as well. Keep each session short. Remember, your puppy is a toddler, so maybe 5 or 6 minutes at a time is best. ---------------------------------- Chihuahua puppies play in their puppy tube playground for 5 minutes. Why?
