Pruning our Olive Trees | PORTUGAL FARM LIFE

Our Olive grove was in desperate need for a prune so we hired some of the local villagers to give us a hand and do the job properly. I did prune some of the olives at the beginning of the year but wasn't sure if I had done it correctly. It was great to seed how the pro's do it and to also see that I wasn't far off with my earlier pruning attempt. Now that the olives are pruned I think all of the pressing jobs for the year are complete and we can relax a bit over the festive season.
