Many of my viewers find her behaviour reminds them of their own narcissistic mother, so it's been helpful to get an understanding of her, on the healing journey, after narcissistic abuse. She's omitted a lot from her videos, in not showing us the email from her daughter, or explaining from her daughter's point of view, why she's gone no contact. She's also come across as very dismissive of her daughter's experiences. But something we haven't looked at yet, is whether Diane is consciously making things up about the situation between her and her daughter, or whether she is unaware that her reality doesn't reflect what appears to be the truth.
