2025 Lexus LX 700h Overtrail and F-Sport Bring Big Hybrid Energy #cars #automobile

It’s two reviews this week. Tom Voelk travels to Yountville, CA to pilot the new LX700h Hybrid F-Sport on Nappa Valley’s backroads. Then it’s the off-road oriented Overtrail on a boulder strewn course. Effectively a plush Toyota Land Cruiser Series 300, the flagship LX is based on the same architecture as Toyota Sequoia. But the 700h hybrid powertrain sets new standards, with both an alternator and a starter, so it’ll never leave the family stranded on the trail (it’s available in 2 and 3 row versions).
