Old Window Sash Cord Replacement

I made this video to show you the tools, techniques and short-cuts that I use to replace broken or missing window sash cords. There are situations where you would hire a professional in the window restoration business to remove the sashes, strip them down to bare wood, replace the glazing, etc. I'm in the business of fixing the sash cords and getting the window working again. It takes me about an hour to do a window. Many people would just replace their windows if the sash cords are broken. Getting the windows to work is not rocket science.
