I started this video the second I read Hilary's article about that Jeyton and Brucas were supposed to be endgame. I KNEW IT. I knew it. So many signs, the complete season 2 & 3 was dedicated to show that Brucas were the ones for each other and no signs whatsoever that it was supposedly Leyton 'true love always' Lucas was so immensely in love with Brooke, more than I think people know. People always saw how Brooke cared for Lucas, which was completely true, she was really in love with him, but people tend to forget/ignore how crazy Lucas was for her. He told everyone, he told Peyton in the library, he told Skills, he told his mom, he told Rachel, he told Peyton that Brooke was the one he wanted to share his life-changing, dream moments with... IT WAS ALWAYS THERE BUT HE JUST NEVER MENTIONED IT TO THE RIGHT PERSON. You know Robin's quote from HIMYM, 'If you have chemistry, all you need is one more thing... timing.' I was talking to Kar and we think this is EXACTLY what Brucas had. They had the best chemistry on the show, but the timing was never right. When she found Peyton's stuff in Lucas's bedroom, when he wanted to tell her how he felt but saw her kissing Felix, when she went to the mall on her birthday and saw him with Peyton... ALL THE TIMING IN THE WORLD. This video was incredibly emotional to make, I was crying continuously. These two, I will never, ever get over them. Brucas was the one couple we connected on and will always be the couple we come back to.
