ASMR Cooking version of this video with longer, in depth scenes - no music, no speaking, just real cooking sounds. This simple no bake, no blend recipe does not require cashews or other nuts, and has no coconut taste. It's a vegan mini cheesecake that actually tastes like cheesecake! Also, the jelly layer is flavored and colored with real peach, so artificial food colorings and such are not used at all. Cheers!! _____________________________________________________ Tips • Feel free to use glass tumblers for layering and serving in if you don't have the steel rings. Otherwise, it's best eaten just after unmolding while still slightly frozen. • Choose a peach that is sweet but firm, and not too juicy.
