A typical Savoyard dish, Aurélia, our chef of the day, reveals her revisited version, replacing Reblochon with Camembert... *** Recipe Details *** Ingredients: 1 Camembert 1 kg potatoes 200 g smoked bacon 2 onions 20 cl Pommeau cheese Walnuts Heavy cream Preparation: 1/ Peel and finely chop the onions. Cut the bacon into lardons. Cut the peeled potatoes into pieces, then steam them for 10 minutes. 2/ In a skillet, sauté the onions and bacon. Add the potatoes to the skillet and cook until lightly browned. 3/ Deglaze the potatoes, onions, and bacon with Pommeau cheese. Then, in a saucepan, melt the Camembert with a little heavy cream. 4/ Assemble the tartiflette dish, starting with the potato, onion, and bacon mixture. Add a few walnut pieces for a crunchy texture. Pour the Camembert cream over the top, then place a slice of Camembert on top. 5/ Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
