Agree With God | Midday Manna | 6/24/26

In this teaching, “Agree With God”, we are brought back to one of the most foundational truths of faith: faith is not positive thinking…..it is agreement with God. 📖 Scripture: Amos 3:3 “Can two walk together, unless they are agreed?” The real question is not what we feel, fear, or experience in the moment. The real question is: What has God said, and am I willing to agree with it? Too often, believers unknowingly come into agreement with fear, disappointment, past failures, and present circumstances while silently disagreeing with the Word of God over their lives. But agreement determines direction. What you consistently agree with will ultimately shape your mindset, your words, and your walk. In this teaching, we explore: Why faith is agreement, not optimism How agreement determines spiritual direction The danger of agreeing with fear and emotions How Eve’s fall began with a shift in agreement The discipline of speaking what God said over what you feel Why obedience begins with agreement There comes a moment where you must decide whose report you will believe. God’s Word or everything else speaking against it. Faith is not denying reality. Faith is aligning with a higher reality, God’s truth over your life. Faith is not positive thinking. Faith is coming into agreement with what God has already said. 🙏 Prayer of Alignment: Father, forgive us for every place where we have agreed with fear, doubt, disappointment, and unbelief. Teach us to align our thoughts, words, and actions with Your Word. We choose today to walk in agreement with You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
