Kombucha | Continuous Brew Maintenance Routine

In this video I'm cleaning my continuous brew kombucha. The scoby had grown to big infringing on my brewing space. so I took the freshest layer off and will reserve the others. There was a bit to much dead yeast in the bottom of the container so I strained some of that out.
