Composed by Fr. Richard Eleazar As sung by the Lighter Side Movement for the Fiesta Mass of the Edsa shrine, February 24, 2018 Awit 150 is a song based on Psalm 150 - song about "praising" God. Praising the Lord is not some kind of casual meaningless activity. There is power in praise. The song invites us to praise God with musical instruments, as Music and Worship go together in a liturgical and creative process. As we worship we put praise to music and we sing it back to God.
