Aaron Phypers SPEAKS OUT on Arrest Amid Denise Richards Court Battle (Exclusive)

Aaron Phypers and his attorney, Michael Finley, chat with ET about his arrest and court battle with estranged wife Denise Richards. Police arrested Aaron while the couple was in a Los Angeles court on Friday, as Denise fought for a permanent restraining order against her ex. ET can confirm Aaron had a felony warrant out for his arrest, and officials charged him charged with two felony counts of injuring a spouse (seemingly Denise), and two felony counts of dissuading a witness by force or threat, with his total bail set at $200,000. Aaron, who has previously denied abusing Denise, is expected back in court on Nov. 7, when Denise's restraining order hearing continues.
