Who is Hitogami? Mushoku Tensei Explained

Hitogami has appeared just a few times in the Jobless Reincarnation anime so far, but is certainly one of the most mysterious and interesting characters. Is Hitogami really the human god, and does he really want to help Rudeus? In this video I look at the lore behind Hitogami, what Hitogami's powers are, and his relationships with other characters such as Orsted. This video contains some lore and information from prequel story Old Dragon's Tale and some details of Mushoku Tensei characters who have not yet appeared in the anime like Orsted, Perugius and Laplace, but it does not spoil future interactions or twists involving Rudeus and Hitogami from the plot of Mushoku Tensei or its ending.
