I Doubted This Would Work As a Forestry Tool (I Was WRONG!)

They tried to tell me this hedge trimmer attachment would make a great forestry and land clearing tool. I wasn't so sure about it but gave it a try. It is a Stihl HL 145 Hedge Trimmer attached to a Stihl FS 131R gas powered trimmer. I have been told there are battery powered versions of this from several brands. I use it for cutting small woody brush and poison oak. It works well for cutting blackberries too. For the larger material in this picture I used a Husqvarna 350i battery powered chainsaw.
