I wasn't going to let another medical drama get to me, but well two bickering ladies - one flirty and one uptight - and I'm hooked. Also, yay me - this is the first video I've completed in years. Satisfaction! A little background: Sydney is an orthodox Jewish woman who struggles with her attraction to women and her strict culture. She's also a medical prodigy and Maggie's "hardass" boss. Sydney has trouble fitting in socially, because she has no filter, and is usually the smartest and youngest person in the room. Maggie is a wonderful counterpoint - full of smiles and feelings and a need to understand her conservative boss who she states is a "mystery wrapped up in dowdy skirts." I'm crossing my fingers for these two as Season 3 wraps up in 3 more episodes.
