How is Ontario's "Employment Standards Act" enforced?

CORRECTION: Due to a scripting error, please note the following corrections at 51:46: Leaves of Absence are dealt with at Part 14; Lie detectors are dealt with at 16; Retail Business Establishments are dealt with at Part 17; and Reprisals are dealt with at Part 18. Since Roman Numerals are used in the Act, the conversion to ordinary numbers was accidentally scripted incorrectly. This conversion error also affected other scenes after that timestamp as well.
