1996 "Salama" Grovehurst to Kingsferry Bridge
This an interesting pilotage act in the Swale, Kent, as the vessel is light draught with the wind strong on the starboard bow at the berth and broad on the beam approaching the bridge. A nice calculation of speed on distance as the trains have priority regarding opening times and duration coupled with an angle to the desired course to counteract the leeway.
