If you ever get a chance to build a roof over your head I can't recommend it enough, such a fun project. Wanted to document every step along the way for anyone interested in building a tiny home one day. It's been a longtime dream of mine to build a cozy studio in the woods on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Figured this mobile trailer would be the perfect flexible option for finding a new home base and having a creative space to work. It measures 29'x9.5'x13.5' tall, has a locking standing seam metal roof and Red Cedar and metal siding. Will feature a 4ft loft inside for music production (art storage), a corner for Art production, pullout couch and fire place, and exterior tool storage. Guessing it roughly cost $30,000 for everything. Building this with my good friend Curtis Hunter has truly been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, so grateful for his patience and guidance.
