How to convert a spinning reel to bailess

Admittedly long walkthrough on how I converted a Penn Battle 4000 to bailess. In the video I cover why I wanted to go bailess, how to convert a regular spinning reel to bailess, and spent some extra time trying to tackle balance issues that happen as a result of the process. I also cover how to remove the bail trip lever. This explains a "manual bail" modification that is very easy to do, which might be helpful to people who don't want to commit to a bailess setup, or think the conversion is too involved.
