Schwellentraining mit Laktatamessung - aber richtig!

During workouts at or just below threshold, it can be useful to measure lactate. With a little practice, anyone can do it. Accurate measurements lead to good data, which can then be used effectively! If you measure lactate, you can also adjust it. During workouts where you don't want to produce too much lactate, it really makes sense to measure it as well. Compare it with your body's feeling and adjust if it's too high. You can actually adjust your training and intensity DOWN. It's not that bad.
