Beef + Lamb New Zealand Ambassador Chef Mrinal Ghosal teamed up with Platinum Ambassador Mat McLean from Palate Restaurant in Hamilton for a one-night-only dining experience at Mudbrick Vineyard on Waiheke Island. Taking a nose-to-tail approach with several cuts of New Zealand grass-fed beef and lamb, the two chefs drew on Mudbrick's own gardens and the surrounding Waiheke landscape to create a menu that paired local produce with world-class New Zealand beef and lamb.
