In our first episode of Scar Tissue, Wes Spence interviews Lu Lastra in his home in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Lu was born in Cuba, raised in Orange County, and entered the SEAL Teams in 1982 where he served for over 30 years. He is the youngest person ever recruited into SEAL Team 6, he’s a world record holding sky diving champion, and he was in the olympic trials for cycling. He now spends his time mentoring and giving back to his community, and we’re proud to have him as our first guest on our podcast.
