Beyond Form: Exploring the Magic of Sound, Light, and Space in Architecture | Li Hu | TEDxShanghai

The lecture by architect Li Hu, founding partner of OPEN Architecture, explores the profound impact that architecture can achieve by capturing the formless and intangible elements that resonate across cultures. He focused on three main subjects: the perception of light, the shape of sound, and the breath in emptiness – all of which are essentially frequencies and energies. Li Hu recounted his transformative experience at Convent La Tourette early in his career. He also shared the design processes behind his recent projects.
