[ ABOUT SNOWY MOON ] This mod provides improved lighting by using ingame weather system and lighting data. Compared to v1 extreme changes avoided to avoid incorrect results with different weather states and mods. I might make a custom weather system later in the future to achive something similar to v1. Dynamic snow will be added after changing particles, sounds etc. It would be weird otherwise. Vehicle reflections, water and night lighting (streetlights, headlights etc) handled by default game rendering system to avoid incompatibility with mods and game updates in the future. Currently there are no quality settings, everything at maximum or optimal settings. There are some game settings forced by the mod. Including highest quality setting for vegetation. If you use medium or high mirror setting, lighting and TAA will be applied to mirrors. To improve the performance you can use lower settings. Puddles created by using specular data from the game. It is not random, random looks unrealistic. Some regions doesn't have puddles, flat high quality roads like in Germany or most ATS roads. Some game textures make the whole road puddle so to avoid that normal map flatness reduced to 50% for puddles.
