Hardware Production with Sweater on Polo | Level III x Red Bull Midsummer
On Saturday, June 6th, we welcome NYC-based producer Sweater on Polo to lead a community production workshop at Silence Please, the second gathering of our Red Bull Midsummer series. Starting with a walk-through of his hardware configuration, Sweater on Polo played a live 30-minute set, followed by a 1-hour guided workshop where guests had the opportunity the timeless Roland TR-08 drum machine, the core piece of his setup. Sweater On Polo’s hardware live sets capture the true spirit of 80's House. His machine wizardry recalls the past, with the dubbed out and atmospheric disco of New York, mixed with the old school jack styles of Chicago.
