And according to research conducted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, as of January 2019, there were 1126 homeless people living in Tokyo. So with that said, in today’s video, I’d like to bring a fresher topic in which I believe no Japan-based Youtuber has yet to introduce, which is the list of well-known homeless areas, as in, the Skid Rows of Tokyo, as well as explain the history of the homeless problem in Japan.
