Restocking my Pantry on a Budget! Costco Haul/ Family of 4!

I shop at Costco every four months with a budget and the goal to restock my pantry with quality items that are shelf stable and at a lower cost. I'm also breaking down how I come up with my budget and sharing some budget inspiration for you. Let's go shopping! ~Marie Crispy Chicken (A family favorite) Bone- In/ Skin on Chicken Thighs Kosher Salt (or salt of your choice) Olive Oil Rinse and Dry your chicken thighs, then sprinkle both sides with salt. Heat your cast iron pan to a medium high heat. Once hot add some olive oil. Place chicken into pan SKIN SIDE DOWN, and allow it to cook for 10 minutes. Key part to the crispy skin! Once ten minutes is up, turn chicken to the meat side down and allow to cook for 8 minutes. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Once the timer goes off transfer the chicken to the cookie sheet and pop into preheated oven for 15 minutes. You'll want the internal temperature to be 185 degrees.
