In this video I'm joined by Chase Willie & Matt Cordova as we deconstruct the bunny hop to help you learn how to do it like a pro! This fundamental skill is all about timing as opposed to brute force, we go step by step to explain the mechanics of how you can simplify your hops & make them easier than ever, whether you're just getting started or looking to refine your technique this video will get you up to speed in no time. This tutorial is in fact so simple our new friend Aiden who is 9 years old implemented the steps & did a bunny hop FIRST TRY - not even kidding! It was so rad. Although we demonstrate this skill on BMX bikes it is fundamentally the same on all platforms of bicycle including but not limited to dirt jumper, hardtail trail bike and full suspension trail bike - this same bunny hop method works ALL bikes.
