5 Tools for a Consistent Practice
In the beginning, learning to develop a consistent practice should be one of your top priorities. If you are not consistently spending the time working on areas you want to work on then the possibility to make the meaningful changes you wish to make just are not there. An investigation and tools are needed to help us, especially when the days are tough. Some people investigate and may even naturally develop tools while others fall off the wagon without ever learning ways to handle difficult days.
