Trail Damage Starts Early | Montrose, CO

The day started exactly how you’d expect in Montrose, Colorado… with Alter Ego parked in the dirt replacing a u-joint from the previous day’s trail damage before the group even hit the trail. After getting everything back together, the crew headed for Boulder Canyon where things got even worse after popping a hydraulic line mid-trail. And somehow, that still didn’t stop the group from heading into Topless Trail — a tight, rocky trail filled with wash bottoms, boulders, ledges, and technical climbs that had everyone questioning Montrose’s trail rating system by the end of the day.
