Avec la danse, devenez imbattable | Adama NIANG | TEDxSaclay
Expressing oneself through the body through dance to liberate and heal. #Dance #Empowerment #PersonalGrowth #Passion #LettingGo #Dance Adama Niang danced in her room as a child. It was a way for her to reconnect with her body and free her inner self. Over the years, she enriched her practice with various styles and expressed herself with grace and spontaneity. Dance became her strength and her favorite tool for expressing her identity and conveying messages. After working as a coder for deaf people and then as a teacher, dance is now part of her daily life. Through it, she leads coaching sessions focused on letting go to stimulate the body and mind. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
