Winter Melon Recipe | Stir-Fry Winter Melon with Mince Pork | Chinese Food Recipe Hello,Everyone! Welcome Back To My Channel. Today's video! Looking for delicious dish. Ingredients ▪ winter melon ▪mince pork ▪Garlic..1 clove ▪Ginger..2 slices ▪2 tablespoons oyster sauce +1 teaspoon ▪cornstarch ▪soy sauce ▪oyster sauce ▪sesame oil ▪water For marinating mince pork 1 teaspoon cornstarch, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce and 1 teaspoon light soy sauce for 10 minutes. for the mixture combine ¼ cup water ,2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon cornstarch. Mix well. 1. Peel and rinse the winter melon ,then cut into pieces. 2. Heat oil in a pan . Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant. 3. Add the mince pork and fry until lightly brown 4. Add the winter melon ,stir well 5. Pour 1 cup hot water and bring to a boil . Simmer for 5 minutes. 6. Add the mixture and bring to a boil 7. It's ready ! Transfer to a serving dish. 8.
